The Arcticom Group Expands into Colorado with Acquisition of Victory Construction and Refrigeration

The Arcticom Group (TAG), a leading provider in the U.S. of commercial refrigeration and HVAC services, today announced it has acquired Victory Construction and Refrigeration, a Denver-based company that offers refrigeration installation and service. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
