nVent recently announced the completion of their separation from Pentair. They are now nVent Thermal Management, an independent publicly traded company (NYSE:NVT). nVent heating cables are made for a wide variety of industrial, commercial, and residential applications. By offering an array of cable technologies, such as self-regulating, power limiting, mineral insulated, skin effect, constant wattage and series resistance, their heating cables meet the needs of most applications including process temperature maintenance, pipe freeze protection, longline heating, flow assurance, hot water temperature maintenance, roof and gutter de-icing, surface snow melting, frost heave prevention and floor heating. nVent Thermal Management uses electric heat trace cables for preventing pipes from freezing. Their pipe freeze protection options include attaching a nVent Raychem heat trace cable to the exterior of a pipe or installing an In-Pipe cable system on the inside of a pipe.

Beth Wozniak, nVent CEO had this to say “With the completion of this spin, nVent has achieved a major milestone in becoming a more focused, global leader in providing electrical connection and protection solutions to customers around the world. We are going to be a fast-paced, dynamic growth company, focused on our customers and moving with velocity. I am proud to be part of the nVent team and am confident in the strategy and portfolio we have in place to deliver long-term shareholder value.”
