Wittichen Supply recently announced promotions at their Alabama locations in Gardendale, Huntsville and Anniston.

Gardendale Promotions

Rusty Herring has been promoted to Gardendale Satellite Manager after Brian Mickle was promoted to Huntsville Branch Manager. Rusty has almost 10 years of experience with Wittichen Supply having started his HVAC career in Birmingham. Rusty is married to Whitney and has two children Lakynn and Brady. Away from work, he enjoys drag racing, deer and turkey hunting.

Clint Fargo has been promoted to Gardendale Assistant Branch Manager. Clint has almost 10 years of experience with Wittichen, having been the first employee hired in Gardendale. Clint has been married to Nicole for over 29 years and has a son, Halen. He likes to cook out poolside and enjoys trips to the Gulf Coast in his leisure time.

According to Charles Herring, General Manager of Wittichen Supply, “Both Rusty and Clint have had the benefit of learning from a great teacher, leader, and mentor in Brian Mickle. The entire Gardendale team works well together and provides the Gardendale customers with great customer service.” Brian stated he believes the Gardendale store will be left in capable hands. Charles continued: “I appreciate these guys for their tireless work ethic, positive attitudes and servant hearts. I look forward to celebrating with them their accomplishments.”

Huntsville Promotions

Brian Mickle is the new Branch Manager in Huntsville effective October 1. 2020. Brian started his career with Wittichen 27 years ago. His first assignment was in Birmingham then was named Gardendale branch manager. Charles Herring, General Manager of Wittichen had this to say about Brian: “Through the years I have leaned on Brian for assistance when other branches needed help. He has always been willing to help in whatever way was needed. He is a Wittichen man through and through, an ultimate team player and an excellent leader by example.”

Chris Uselton has been named Huntsville Assistant Manager. Chris is a 3-year employee with Wittichen Supply but has over 30 years of HVAC experience in the Huntsville market. Known for his industry knowledge and Huntsville business relationships, Chris is being counted on to keep Wittichen a force in the Huntsville market.

Darod Clough has been promoted to Outside Sales at the Huntsville branch. Previously in outside sales at the Anniston branch. He is ready to hit the ground running in the fast-growing Huntsville market. Darod has been with Wittichen for over 15 years and is anxious to take Huntsville to the next level in sales! Darod has a degree in Computer Science and is married to Kay. They have a 6-year-old son named Judson.

Anniston Promotion

Mr. Herring also announced that Trae Wilkinson of the Anniston, Alabama branch was recently promoted from a Inside Salesman role to Outside Salesman. He is taking over for Darod Clough.

Prior to working at the Anniston location, Trae had prior Outside Sales and Management experience at the Opelika and LaGrange locations.
