Andrew King works out of Suwanee/Gainesville area in North Georgia. He graduated from Shorter University with a degree in Business Management. “I started out in sales right out of the gate, working for the professional lacrosse team in Atlanta, the Atlanta Blaze,” said King. “From there I began my career in the Recruiting/Automotive industry in sales and business development, gaining new businesses to recruit for and placing the right candidates at the right job. I have now been with East Coast Metal for over a year and have not looked back. The HVAC industry is constantly changing and I am beyond happy to be a part of an essential industry. Helping my customers grow and informing the value of what East Coast Metal brings to the table are my main goals and I am looking forward to a long career here,” King went on to say. George Fisher works the Conyers area for the company. George is a Georgia native and has been in the HVAC wholesale industry since starting at East Coast Metal in 2010 as a temp in the warehouse. Fisher was promoted to Branch Manager in 2012 and charged with running the Suwanee, Georgia location. He won the East Coast Metal “branch of the year award” that same year. He managed the Forest Park location from 2014-2016, and the Conyers location from 2016-2019. George Fisher started the role of Territory Manager at the start of 2020 and is looking forward to getting out into the field and being incredibly dependable to the many contractors he has met over these last ten years. Kyle Mangum works out of the Marietta branch. Kyle was an EMT and did roofing sales before joining the company. “I have been with East Coast Metal for almost two years. I have enjoyed my time here so far and I am excited to grow with this company,” said Mangum. “My favorite part about being a Territory Manager is partnering with contractors to help them grow their business and succeed in this industry. Mike Hanley works out of the Norcross and Suwanee branches. Mike was working for a food warehouse in Kennesaw when he decided it was time to find a career and not just a job. Mike chose to leave Kennesaw and move back to Lawrenceville to start schooling and earned a degree in HVAC/R at Gwinnett Tech. He worked maintenance with QuikTrip during school and as a helper for a few heating and air companies. After graduation Mike started a job with a local HVAC contractor as a technician. Over the years spent with this contractor Mike ended up working multiple positions that would expand his knowledge of the industry. “As I worked there, I would always notice manufacturer reps coming and going from meetings with the owner. After talking with a few different reps I decided that was the next goal for my career,” said Mike. “I ran into a hiccup when this contractor suddenly closed shop and I took this as a sign to work towards this goal. I spent a year working in a supply house learning more about the industry and word of mouth led me to a job offer that would allow me to obtain my goal as working in outside sales with East Coat Metal Distributors.
