With daily delivery scheduling, all Gemaire Florida sales centers are able to fill their customers’ commercial needs within 48 hours. The hub utilizes Gemaire trucks and common carriers to make the deliveries.

Gemaire has made a significant investment in inventorying Rheem commercial products in multiple sizes including:

• Rheem Renaissance™ package units. 3 to 12.5 tons, 1-phase and 3-phase, 208/230 and 460 volt options. An industry-standard footprint eliminates the need for a curb adapter, expedites installation time and reduces job costs.
• Rheem Legacy package units. 3 to 6 and 12.5 to 25 tons, 1-phase and 3-phase, 208/230 and 460 Volt options.
• Rheem split systems. 6.5 and 7.5 tons and 10 to 20 tons, 3-phase, 208/230 and 460 Volt electrical options. Includes dual condenser split systems. 3-phase, 208/230 condensers in 3 to 5 tons capacities are also available.
• In addition to HVAC equipment, Gemaire stocks IAQ products, tools, parts, accessories, fans, grilles, registers and diffusers for commercial applications.
