TJ Miller, a native of Richmond, Virginia, joined Ron McLaughlin and Associates as a sales representative for north and central Florida several months ago. “I have lived in Florida as a resident now for going on 3 years, however Florida has always been like my second home,” he stated. “I have always had family based in Orlando, so was always in the state from the time I was 2 years old.”

His responsibilities include training counter persons and being a liaison from the manufacturers to the distributors. “I am here to make sure the distributor has all the necessary tools and information to pass on to the contractor and get them the best products available for the job,” he continued.

Since moving to Florida, TJ has worked as an installer for an Orlando contractor, then on the counter for a major distributor in southwest Florida. “The HVAC industry has been a part of my entire life,” TJ said. “My Grandfather was owner of a Virginia based distributor with branches in Roanoke, Norfolk, and Richmond Virginia. My father is Trey Miller, currently the South Eastern Regional Manager for EWC Zone Controls. I have always had a passion for service, ingenuity, technology, and indoor air comfort, and that is what lead me to pursue a position in the HVAC industry.”
