Alaska Sheet Metal Workers LU 23, Alaska Metal & Mechanical Apprenticeship, is hiring a full-time HVAC-R Instructor to teach and mentor apprentices in a hands-on learning environment. This role leads classroom lectures and lab activities, supports students, evaluates skills, tracks grades and attendance, participates in curriculum planning, and ensures compliance with program policies. Ideal candidates have HVAC industry experience, strong communication and organizational skills, EPA 608 certification, and a passion for helping future HVAC professionals build successful careers.
