It is with great honor and pride that Johnstone Supply – The JTeam Group a locally employee-owned HVAC/R distributor announces the official dedication and grand opening of the DeAnn Melhinch Memorial Training Center located at 3650 Junction Blvd in Raleigh, NC, on March 2, 2021.

Dedicated in honor of DeAnn Melhinch who in 1991, along with her husband, Charlie, founded the JTeam Group and her 29 years of leadership the new state-of-the-art training center features 6 custom built live HVAC training units, ranging from basic to high efficiency models all designed to provide students with valuable hands-on training to gain and sharpen the skills needed to ensure proper installation, service, and maintenance of residential HVAC equipment.

In addition to the HVAC installation, troubleshooting and maintenance courses offered, Johnstone Supply also offers a 6-week Residential HVAC Boot Camp designed specifically for those with little to no experience as a fast-track alternative to a 2-year program. Graduates of the boot camp also can acquire their EPA certification and NATE Ready To Work Certificate.
