Jousep Sadurni Named Rheem 2019 Distributor Service Coordinator for Florida
Due to the unprecedented impacts of COVID-19, Rheem Air Conditioning made the tough decision to cancel the Distributor Service Coordinator Meeting scheduled for this year. While we will not have the honor to meet in person, we felt it very important to continue our tradition of recognizing our Distributor Service Coordinators of the Year and extend the awards for their outstanding contributions and efforts.
Each region of the country recognizes a Distributor Service Coordinator who goes above and beyond in assisting customers and is always well-prepared when reaching out to the technical support team for the Rheem, Ruud and Sure Comfort brands.
We look to those who embrace the role of an instructor in educating contractors and distributor personnel on basic and advanced air-conditioning systems. Taking into account the training classes conducted, number of students trained and the effect their trainings have on the markets they serve.
Recognition is given for role models and servant-leaders who extend their knowledge not only within their organizations and customer base, but to other Distributor Service Coordinators within the region, or even nationally.
We also look to those who manifest their knowledge of product, installation/application requirements, operations and troubleshooting. This relates to well-documented history of providing important and thorough quality reports from the field, along with recommendations on design enhancements.
Distributor Service Coordinators of this caliber are a tremendous asset to the distributor, contractor base and serve as true brand ambassadors for the Rheem, Ruud and Sure Comfort families of heating and air conditioning products.
Rheem Air Conditioning would like to thank each and every Distributor Service Coordinator being recognized for their tremendous efforts and support.
For the Florida division, we have selected Jousep Sadurni. Joe was chosen because of his knowledge, passion and success in his market. He takes care of direct communications with a very large partner of the Gemaire/Rheem family. Joe’s ties to his community are evident when we go in to do training in the Miami market. He always attends and knows how to communicate with the audience and simplify the material being trained. Joe always tries to get the relevant information in regards to any service issue before he engages with the Rheem team. Joe has always been an asset to our District Technical Reps personally, in solving and understanding issues in his South Florida market. Joe will continue to be asset to the Gemaire and Rheem families with his knowledge of the products and communications with the contractors solving issues that arise.
