Amanda Stevens, Counter Sales Associate at the Lennox location in Harahan explained the Lennox Stores recent statement ‘Opening the same doors, just in a new way.’ Amanda stated, “The health and safety of our employees and our customers remains a top priority. We will continue to follow a variety of steps to help protect our employees and our customers and also to help reduce the spread of the virus, but we will also be opening our showrooms.”

Amanda added, “Customers will have their choice of using our current ‘call ahead & drive thru’ order system any time from 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday thru Friday. Some of our customers have become very comfortable with this system and are welcome to continue using it. Those customers who would rather come into our showroom will be able to visit us from 9:30 to 2:30 Monday thru Friday. We will allow one customer per employee in our showroom, using the ‘one in-one out’ method. We will observe social distancing and ask that everyone remain six foot apart. We also encourage hand washing and the frequent use of hand sanitizer.”

Amanda concluded, “Lennox is still intent on providing outstanding customer service while following the guidelines to create a safe environment for everyone.”
