We are excited to introduce Lisa Montanus as Goodman’s new Territory Sales Manager for the Tampa Bay area. With almost 30 years of sales experience, Lisa has been a top producer and achieved many awards including national recognition in direct sales, media and advertising sales and most recently HVAC sales.

Lisa entered the HVAC industry 3 years ago as a Territory Manager for a local competitor. She attributes her success to hard work, dedication and most importantly the strong relationships that she builds with both her customers and the people she works with internally. She believes that being a part of a TEAM, that truly, “TOGETHER EVERYONE ACHIEVES MORE.”

Lisa is originally from Rochester, NY and has been in the Tampa Bay market since 2003. She currently resides in South Pasadena near St Pete Beach with her husband Todd of 12 years. When they are both not working, they are enjoying travel, outdoor activities, beach life and attending concerts.
