Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Technician or a similar role in the HVAC industry.
EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal or Type I & II).
Knowledge of refrigeration systems, boilers, chillers, and ductwork installation.
Strong understanding of HVAC controls, BAS (Building Automation Systems), and energy-efficient systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform diagnostics and repairs under pressure.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and hand tools.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
OSHA 10/30 Certification (preferred).
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding conditions.
