Goodman Distribution has named Robert Nolen as their Territory Sales Manager (TSM) for Pinellas County, based out of the Clearwater Branch.

As a third generation in the HVAC industry with over 30 years of experience, Robert was very fortunate to work for some national organizations in operations and as general manager.

“After spending close to 20 years on the residential side of the industry, I decided to try something new,” he stated. “I wanted to use all of the knowledge I learned over the years to help other owners grow their companies to their potential. Thus began my new role as a Territory Sales Manager in wholesale distribution.”

Robert’s 10 plus years as a Territory Sales Manager has confirmed his belief that sales is indeed a relationship business. His clients know that he has walked in their shoes. Robert understands the challenges that companies face and he is there to help on any level, to see them grow and develop.

“I am thrilled to join the Goodman family and represent a great American made product,” Robert concluded. “I am looking forward to building friendships and working with the contractors in my market area.”
