The Samsung Roadshow Trailer visited Tropic Supply’s East Tampa Resource Center on February 13, 2020. The trailer features working equipment and is a great way to introduce contractors to Samsung products including these innovative climate solutions: Wind Free, Smart Whisper, Slim Duct, 360 cassette and the multi-position air handler.

Samsung Regional Service Manager Carl Gratzer conducted a Samsung Advanced Service Introduction classes in conjunction with the trailer visit. Topics covered included residential and light commercial one-to-one and multi-zone mini-split product overviews, basic sequence of operations, common error or fault codes seen in the field, step-by-step procedures to diagnose and repair faults and error codes and diagnostics for control boards, sensors, fan motors, compressors and other major components.
