Trane hosted a statewide dealer celebration and awards presentation event at the Loews Sapphire Falls Resort at Universal Orlando on February 7, 2020.

The day began with Trane’s 2019 Top 10 dealers, Pacesetter dealers and SOAR award winners enjoying lunch in the resort, followed by the awards presentations.

“We’ve gathered to recognize the accomplishments of our top performers and we’re honored that you have chosen us to be your partners in business,” Trane Florida Regional General Manager Lyndon Cook stated. “You are proven leaders and deserve this recognition. We look forward to celebrating your achievements with you this weekend.”

Top 10 Volume Dealers were recognized for year-over-year growth and participation in all key metrics during the Program Effective Period.

Pacesetter Awards were given to dealers exhibiting outstanding growth in many key areas of their business with Trane, mainly based on residential and commercial growth in air conditioning and heating services.

The highlight of the event was the presentation of 2019 S.O.A.R. (Success Over All Resistance) Awards to Doug Lindstrom of Lindstrom Air Conditioning and Plumbing for the South Florida region and Millian-Aire for the North Florida region. The S.O.A.R. Award recognizes a Top 10 Volume Dealer who has the highest total purchase increase over prior year, highest XL/XV sales increase over prior year, highest ductless sales increase over prior year and the highest Nexia sales increase over prior year.

Guests were provided 1-day passes to enjoy Universal’s Islands of Adventure and the event concluded with dinner and drinks at Universal CityWalk’s Margaritaville restaurant.
