York Factory Direct is proud to announce the opening of their second HVAC Supply Center in Georgia. The Grand Opening celebration was held on July 25th at the new factory store in Forest Park. The location is at 150 Penny Road, Suite 200, Forest Park, GA 30297. The phone number is 470-378-2720.

The new store has a spacious showroom and large warehouse, all totaling 21,000 square feet. It is packed to the ceiling with York equipment as well as parts, tools and supplies. The Forest Park store has York heating and air equipment in storage up to 15TON, but up to 50TON can be easily obtain from one of their many major warehouses.

SOURCE One Parts is the exclusive supplier of factory authorized service parts and residential accessories for all Johnson Controls Unitary Products residential and light commercial HVAC equipment for York. SOURCE 1 also offers a broad variety of universal HVAC parts, supplies, and accessories from many manufacturers. SOURCE 1 sells factory authorized products solely to Johnson Controls Unitary Products equipment distributors.

The event was well-attended by many of the HVAC contractors in Georgia. Vendors were on hand with give-a-ways for the guests. Everyone was served a fantastic lunch by the Up Town Food Truck out of Atlanta.

The new store manager is Monie Gauthier. She is very well-known in the Georgia HVAC community. Monie has been serving the HVAC industry for over 40 years. Jeff Harris is the store Sr. CSA and Keith Tyre runs the warehouse and is backup counter CSA. Pete Bilson is the outside salesman and will cover South Atlanta from Interstate 20 down.
