Lenny Grajales has been named Store Manager for Tallahassee for the Factory Direct region. In this position, Lenny will assume all Store Manager duties and lead the Tallahassee team, driving customer engagement and achieving residential and commercial sales growth goals for the store. He will work closely with the sales team, marketing, and the Factory Direct leadership to ensure their core business objectives, programs and offerings meet the needs of the Factory Direct customer network.

Lenny comes to Factory Direct with more than 6 years of experience in the HVAC industry with Lennox, where he was an award-winning Store Manager. Lenny will bring to the team management, inventory, customer service, and sales experience.

Lenny has worked in retail locations over the past 15 years winning numerous awards for sales and customer service.

In their spare time, Lenny and his wife Claudia enjoy taking selfies with Mickey Mouse, visiting National Parks, and enjoying the Great Outdoors. They have two children, son LJ and daughter Mimi. They will be relocating to the Tallahassee area over the next few weeks.
