Jill Murphy has been named Regional General Manager for the Central/North Florida Factory Direct region. In this position, Jill will assume all GM duties and lead the Factory Direct team of Account Managers and Store Managers, driving customer engagement and achieve residential and commercial sales growth goals. She will work closely with sales, marketing, and the Factory Direct leadership to ensure core business objectives, programs and offerings meet the needs of the Factory Direct customer network.

Jill comes to Factory Direct with more than 6 years of experience in the HVAC industry with Lennox, where she held positions as Store Manager, Account Manager, Sr. Product Marketing Manager, District Manager and Business Development Manager. While at Lennox, Jill proved herself as a top performer winning Top 10% in Sales, Masters Council and Pacesetter awards just to name a few.
Prior to joining JCI, Jill worked in a variety of sales, marketing, and management roles in the mortgage banking industry. She has a bachelor’s degree in business management and spent 4 years in the U.S. Army.

“I’ve learned a lot from my time at Lennox,” Jill stated. “Taking this position with JCI will allow me to branch out and push my leadership skills to new levels. Working with a new team and engaging with the Florida Market including account managers and store employees, with a focus on residential and commercial sales, will allow me to reconnect with my starting roots in Orlando. I’m excited to work with builders and contractors that I have built relationships with over the years.”

In their spare time, Jill and her wife Jennifer enjoy Disney, the beach and it’s rumored that Jill is quite the marksman on the rifle range. They have two children, son Jackson and daughter Olivia.
In the short-term Jill will work virtually from Pittsburgh but will be relocating to the Orlando area over the next several months.
