Victor Distributing unveiled their new commercial controls building adjacent to their existing distribution center located at 11125 49th Street North, Clearwater, FL 33762 on November 2, 2018. The relaunch of the Commercial Controls Department adds more capability in the form of a large demonstration wall where customers will be able to bench test and get hands on experience with the latest technology in our industry.

In addition to training, the expanded office space will provide better facilities for collaboration with project managers, general contractors and specifying engineers. As a growing Automation Systems Distributor with back to back Honeywell Diamond Distributor awards, the best is yet to come.

The unveiling coincided with a visit from the 2018 LG Technology Roadshow trailer, a mobile showroom/training platform featuring the latest LG ductless products.

In addition to the commercial controls department, the 4,000 square feet building houses a LG duct free systems (DFS) hands-on training lab and a large state-of-the-art classroom.

Several vendors were on hand demonstrating their products and the guests enjoyed a lunch catered by Heavy’s BBQ.
The Technology Roadshow visited Victor Distributing in Ft. Myers on November 30, 2018, prior to making the trip to Clearwater. Vendors were invited as well and that lunch of fried chicken and waffles was catered by Fancy’s Southern Cafe.

The Roadshow mobile showroom exhibited functioning LG systems along with displays of the latest indoor and outdoor components: the Multi V™ S 5-ton, Multi F with LGRED, the vertical air handler, Art Cool™ Premier, Mirror and Gallery, LG MultiSITE™ and Premium remote controllers and Nest and Ecobee thermostats.

LG National Accounts Manager Terry Frisenda, LG National Distribution Installer Program Manager Mark Hatala and LG Regional DFS Manager Scott Stout joined Victor representatives showing contractors the featured LG equipment.
