AWEB Geothermal Supply is under new ownership. Chris McCaskill and Ronnie George are the new owners but are quick to point out that their design and technical support team will remain the same. The team continues to be Alan Watts, Barbara Watts, Steve Winters, and James O’Marr.

Chris McCaskill mentioned “We are now a GeoStar Distributor covering Louisiana and Mississippi. GeoStar is a Waterfurnace product. We handle residential and commercial water source equipment, up to 30 tons. AWEB will continue to stock HDPE pipe & fittings along with geothermal accessories and equipment. We also continue to manufacture and distribute The Slim Jim/Geo Lake Plate Heat Exchangers for geothermal systems.”

Chris added “The 30% geothermal federal tax credit was reinstated in 2018 and is good through 2019 with no limit to the credit amount. It’s important to ‘act now’ since the credit is set to decrease in 2020 and decrease again in 2021.”
