Baker Distributing/FCS and ICP partnered with their dealers to offer discounts on Comfortmaker, Tempstar and Heil systems to firefighters, police, nurses, doctors, military and EMS personnel during the “Help Us Give Back to First Responders” promotion in April.

Discounts to the consumers were based on the systems SEER ratings with 14 SEER systems earning a $500 discount, 15/16 SEER systems earning $750 and 17+ SEER systems earning $1,000 discounts. Baker Distributing/FCS and ICP shared 50% of the amount discounted with the contractors picking up the other 50%. Special Wells Fargo financing options, at no cost to the dealers, were also available.

Wyatt Swartz, President of Baker Distributing Company’s Florida Division, explained the reasoning behind the promotion. “We felt like this was a small way we could team up with our ICP dealers in Florida to help the first responders and health care professionals that are on the front lines fighting this pandemic. These heroes are putting themselves in harm’s way every day to ensure we are all cared for and kept safe. This promotion is a small token of our appreciation.
