Taylor Norris, CEO of Custom Air Products & Services, Inc. (CAPS), recently announced the promotion of Brian Gray to Chiller Service Supervisor.

“Brian’s promotion reflects the importance of his contributions to the company as the leader of the HVAC Chiller Specialists Team,” explained CAPS CEO Taylor Norris. “As Chiller Service Supervisor, Brian is now in a position to provide support for all aspects of commercial and industrial chiller maintenance and service.”

Brian brings with him twenty-five years of global process refrigeration knowledge and experience as a certified HVAC chiller technician. Brian spent many years as a Field Mechanical Engineer for the U.S. Government Missile Defense Division. When not working, he loves spending time hunting and fishing with his wife of over thirty years. Brian will be reporting to the division General Manager of Service.

As CAPS President John Boger explained, “Brian’s experience in chiller technology and processes makes him well suited to lead this highly specialized team of trained technicians within our service department. He brings the necessary leadership and continuity to the department with this important transition.”
