LSK opened its only branch in South Jersey in 1994 in Mt. Laurel. The primary focus at the time was to expand sales in the South Jersey/Philadelphia market on Magic-pak through the wall package systems. Since then the branch has seen significant growth in all the equipment lines they carry, such as the Mitsubishi M&P products as well as the Mitsubishi VRF commercial line. LSK also carries Armstrong and Fraser Johnston unitary lines, Luxaire and Allied RTU units, First Company air handlers and through-the-wall air conditioning units, Unico high velocity systems, as well as MovinCool (spot cooler) air conditioners and heat pumps.

Recently LSK relocated to 1035 Thomas Busch Memorial Hwy in Pennsauken, New Jersey, where they now have 20,000 square feet of inventory ready to serve your needs, offering over 115 years of experience.

Lead by branch manager Jim DePhillippo, Tom Charles is counter/customer service, in sales they have Rodney Konzelmann who specializes in Mitsubishi/Magic-pak sales and handles a majority of job quotes, and Bob McDonald is the MovinCool specialist with over 20 years experience. LSK was the first wholesaler to introduce spot cooler sales and rentals to the area. Juan Rivera is othe very dependable and friendly truck driver who will get your deliveries to you on time.

LSK is a master distributor for the Magic-pak line, carrying a full line of inventory in units and parts. They are also one of the largest Mitsubishi distributors in the country, of both residential and commercial products.
