Gemaire Distributors and Mitsubishi hosted a South Florida dealer meeting on March 19, 2019 at Topgolf in Doral. Representatives from Mitsubishi and several supporting companies conducted presentations on topics ranging from equipment updates and applications to marketing, financing programs and extended warranties.

New products initially introduced by Mitsubishi in February of this year included a shorter, more competitively priced one-to-one ducted air handler, a one-to-one ceiling cassette, a 115-volt unit and a universal condensing unit.

Mitsubishi’s in-home selling and quotation app, Sales Builder Pro, provides real-time system design capabilities, a visual selection tool and contractor pricing and financing tools. Additional consumer financing tools including a revolving line of credit program provided by Synchrony Financial were discussed as well.

Extended warranties provided by JB and Associates offer peace of mind to consumers seeking long-term coverage for their purchases. With 5, 10 and 12-year plans and 3 different labor rates, there are choices to meet any contractor’s and homeowner’s needs.

Presentation of the first through third 2018 Mitsubishi Top Sellers Awards concluded the business portion of the meeting. Island Air Control was the third-place recipient, Houston Air was second place and Perry’s Company Inc. was recognized as the number one Top Seller.

Everyone was invited to enjoy an evening of food, refreshments and friendly golf ball-driving competition in the state-of-the-art Topgolf facility.
