Haier Ductless More Than Doubles Support and Training in the Lone Star State

GE Appliances is making it easier than ever for contractors in Texas to get the training and product support they need for GE and Haier Ductless models. The company will open two brand-new training centers this summer. The first, located in Grand Prairie (745 Commerce Park Drive) and the second in Houston in partnership with the Hayden Stanley Group (7413 Railhead Lane).

In Grand Prairie, the all-new 1,300 square foot facility includes a lab and classroom that accommodates 20 contractors. Both facilities are equipped with the latest Haier ductless and VRF solutions including the popular FlexFit series. Contractors will have access to a training team with over 50 years of combined ductless product experience.

Since GE Appliances and Haier merged, the company has focused on creating connected, efficient and innovative products designed specifically for the needs of the North American market. GE Appliances has doubled support staff at its call centers and launched the Haier Ductless Help app for after-hours support.
