Work on a large-scale data center build where you’ll be installing, starting up, and commissioning high-performance HVAC systems in a mission-critical environment. This isn’t residential or repetitive service work, you’ll be hands-on with real equipment, supporting a site from buildout through full operation. If you enjoy working on complex systems and being part of something getting built from the ground up, this is a strong long-term opportunity with steady hours and overtime.

Requirements:

• 2+ years HVAC experience in commercial or industrial settings (no residential)
• Experience with mechanical systems (air handlers, RTUs, or similar)
• Comfortable working in fast-paced construction and live operational environments
• Basic exposure to controls/BMS and solid troubleshooting mindset
