Mingledorff’s Holds Training Events in the Gulf Coast Region

Mingledorf’s Inc. recently held a service seminar titled: Autopsy of a Scroll Compressor at their Loxley, Alabama location on Wednesday March 11, 2020. Over 40 technicians attended the seminar put on by Harold Nelson. The manager of the Loxley facility, Tommy Dallas, branch manager, was very pleased with the attendance.

On Thursday, March 12, 2020, the Pensacola branch held a training event titled ‘Do you manage a service department?’ Turnout was huge with over 60 people attending the service seminar, per Warren Tolbert branch manager. The course helped attendee’s learn tricks of the trade from Keith Mac Kinnon of Central Heating & A/C from Atlanta, Georgia; Scott Freeman of On Time Service from Hoover, Alabama; Chad Popilik of E Smith Heating and A/C from Marietta, Georgia; Lesley Skipper of Keith AC from Mobile, Alabama; and Joey Hurd of Riley Heating and A/C from Phenix City, Alabama. The session went from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

On Friday March 13, 2020, the Panama City branch held its third separate training event of the week titled ‘Carrier and Bryant Ductless.’ This was a 4-hour in-depth review of the installation and familiarization of ductless equipment, the start-up and servicing of the equipment. The class was taught by Roger Siling, technical services manager / technical trainer based out of the Norcross, Georgia location.
