Lennox Southeast is proud to announce the addition of new sales personal for the Georgia area. Both Wesley Harp and Harlen Mayoros have joined the Lennox team as Territory Managers. Michaela Griffin has join the Lennox team as their new Inside Sales Representative.

Wesley Harp, Territory Manager – Atlanta District

Wesley Harp has joined Lennox as Territory Manager for the Atlanta district. Wesley is originally from Nashville, Tennessee, and has a business degree from Western Kentucky University. He also proudly served our county in the Marine Corps as an Infantryman. Thank you for your service. Wesley started with Lennox in Chicago attending the Graduate Sales Academy in May of 2017. He then joined the Nashville team, and served as the Lennox Store Manager in December 2017. Wesley has been a Territory Manager in Atlanta since December 2019. Michaela Griffin, Inside Sales Representative

Michaela Griffin was born and raised in Texas. In December of 2018 she graduated from Texas A&M University with a Major in Marketing and a focus in Sales. Following graduation Michaela moved to Houston, Texas, and started her career with Lennox. Michaela’s position was in the Graduate Sales Academy. This position consisted of going through an 18-week sales program designed to increase competencies in sales, management and product knowledge. During this program, participants were trained to be Inside Sales Representative, Store Manager, and Territory Manager. Upon her completion, she applied to be an Inside Sales Rep in the Atlanta District. Michaela’s start date for being an Inside Sales Rep for Atlanta was March 2. “I am very excited to be starting my career with Lennox in the HVAC industry and looking forward to see where my career will take me,” Michaela stated. Harlen Mayoros, Territory Manager

Harlen Mayoros has joined Lennox as Territory Manager. Originally from Michigan. Harlen graduated from Eastern Michigan University in 1991 with BS in Industrial Distribution of Technology. He moved to Atlanta after graduation to begin his career as a Regional Sales Manager in the industrial arena. A die-hard Michigan Wolverine fan, Harlen loves to golf, travel and spend time with his family. He has been married for 26 years to his wife Christina Mayoros and has a 19 year-old daughter, Kayla, attending Georgia Southern University. Harlen started his HVAC career back in 2005 and has never looked back. He started with Lennox Industries in Jan of this year. “I feel that I am very fortunate to land & hopefully finish my Career with such a great company as Lennox,” said Harlen. “The internal support has been exceptional, and everyone within the company has been very supportive,” he went on to say.
