Lead HVAC Operator/Mechanic

The Lead HVAC Operator/Mechanic supervises and works with the evening HVAC crew. Performs maintenance and repairs on all types of heating and cooling systems and related facilities infrastructure equipment. Performs daily rounds of building systems and equipment; adjusts and tunes equipment to meet established requirements for energy management and occupant comfort; records and communicates results to ensure optimal system performance. Performs full range of preventive maintenance tasks in accordance with best practices and/or customer instructions. Inside HVAC Parts Sales

The APG Inside Sales Specialist will work as part of an existing team which will be responsible for preparing estimates and proposals. This position requires the ability to communicate clearly with fellow employees and customers.  He or she will independently perform required duties located in an office environment.

Job Duties:

Job takeoff – quantifying items from plans, specs, and bid documents
Selection and pricing of equipment and accessories for the purposes of bid
Preparing proposals, submittals, and design layouts for distribution to customers
Daily updates of project bids and addendum reviews
Bid coordination between HTS TX departments for multi-department bid bundles
Develop bid strategies for jobs to help ensure the success of the bid
Update bid item status for bid summary reports
Follow up with customers for job related feedback
Find customer leads, coordinate bid timeframes, and enter in HTS TX C.R.M. system
Setup and attend lunch and learn and customer training event

Heavy Commercial HVAC Technician

Commercial Refrigeration/HVAC Service Technician is responsible for diagnosis, repair and preventive maintenance of Commercial Refrigeration and HVAC systems commonly found in grocery stores and food distribution centers.
Works under minimal supervision providing service to the customer base by repairing and overhauling equipment, such as compressors, water pumps, air handlers, electrical and mechanical control devices in a safe, efficient, and timely manner that exceeds customer’s expectations.
Interaction with customers, ability, and desire to help develop technicians, attention to detail while onsite and in quoting jobs, scheduling, promoting safety and clear communication plays a key role in this position.
Ensures company property, vehicles, and tools are being used, maintained, and properly accounted for.

Required Qualifications

EPA Certification required

HVAC Maintenance Mechanic II

Peabody Essex Museum seeks a full-time HVAC Maintenance Mechanic II to install, maintain, and repair diverse HVAC and mechanical plant systems.
