The Role
We are looking for a reliable, “do-it-all” HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. You will be the face of our company in the field, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating and ventilation systems. The vast majority of our work is residential, with some light commercial projects mixed in.

The Warehouse Supervisor is a hands-on, hourly (non-exempt) leadership role responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and assigned processes. This position supports the Warehouse Manager and/or Branch Manager in ensuring efficient and effective workflow across the warehouse. The Supervisor will actively participate in all warehouse activities as needed, including receiving, order fulfillment, stock replenishment, customer will-call, and inventory cycle counts, while providing guidance and oversight to the team.

The Technical Support Representative is responsible for leading, developing, and implementing structure for technical sales support, training, and warranty. Responsibilities include providing a technical resource for customers and employees regarding equipment best practices. Develop technical and NATE related training programs for customers and employees. Assist Account Managers in closing sales opportunities. Provide structure related to warranty and unit exchange policy to reduce the number of warranty transactions. Special Requirements
Possess and maintain an EPA universal certification for handling refrigerants at the time of hire. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues and perform preventive maintenance on commercial hot and cold equipment. Respond to service calls promptly and follow all safety and refrigerant regulations. Document repairs and collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
Requirements:
HVAC and EPA 608 certification required; NATE preferred. Minimum 5 years of commercial/industrial HVAC/R experience. Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of regulations. Valid U.S. driver’s license (3+ years; insurance approval required). Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in physically demanding conditions.
