The new hire will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and a one-time signing bonus. This is a non-union position requiring that the new hire be a U.S. Citizen.
The new hire is required to hold a current Master HVAC License (Unlimited) OR hold a journeyman HVAC license (or higher level) with the required experience to obtain a Master HVAC license.
The new hire will have the opportunity to test, repair, modify, maintain and calibrate air conditioning units, refrigeration coolers and freezers, chiller systems, humification systems, air cleaners, and heat pumps. Trouble shoot, maintain, repair, install HVAC systems and equipment at the TJX Buildings and Data Center Facility. This equipment includes pumps, motors, water source heat pumps, cooling towers, boilers, roof top units, unit heaters and chillers.
Work with other skilled trades such as electrical, plumbing, general construction, grounds, irrigation and snow removal. Respond to emergency calls as part of an on-call program and participate in any activity necessary to keep the Facility operating properly.
Operate, troubleshoot, and repair the EMS software and hardware controlling the Office complex.
Oversee contractors working in the facility to insure the quality of work and minimize the disruption to the facility.
Qualifications:
- 5 years as an HVAC Technician
- 2 years in service and troubleshooting of commercial buildings
- 2 years with experience in operating energy management systems
- Refrigeration Technician License with the state
- Universal Refrigerant Certification
