Facilities HVAC Technician

Facilities HVAC Technician – Westfield, MA
Full-time, 1st shift (M–F, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM) position at Westfield-Barnes Regional Airport. Responsible for HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across multiple buildings. Requires 5+ years’ commercial HVAC experience, trade school certificate or military equivalent, Universal EPA 608 certification, and valid driver’s license. Boiler license, OSHA lift certification, and Maximo experience preferred. Must be able to read schematics and lift up to 100 lbs. Competitive pay ($30–$40/hr) with health/dental benefits, paid time off, and 401(k).

HVAC Service Tech

Job Responsibilities:
· Installing, maintaining, and repairing: Installing, connecting, adjusting, and repairing all components of HVAC systems
· Troubleshooting: Identifying and diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems
· Providing technical direction: Providing technical direction and on-the-job training to coworkers
· Reports: Maintain accurate records of all service done and upload in 360- pictures and notes
· Ensure all work meets the quality standards of Viking Heating & Sheetmetal
· Communicate effectively with customers and team members
· Occasionally oversee on repairs and installations
· Help the office sell PM contracts to customers when the need is found
Other Possible Responsibilities:
· Keep up with learning when new systems come out
· Complete start-ups on systems

Master HVAC Technician

The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) is looking for a Master HVAC Technician to provide technical support to our government customer located in Ft. Detrick, Maryland. The new hire must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain/maintain a DoD (Department of Defense) Secret clearance.

The new hire will have the opportunity to test, repair, operate and maintain air conditioning units, refrigeration coolers, chiller systems, humification and dehumidification systems, air cleaners and heat pumps.

Minimum Requirements/Education/Certifications:
MD: Master HVAC License (Unlimited)
EPA: Universal Refrigerant Recovery Certification Certificate.
OSHA-Approved Forklift Operator Certification
