On May 10th, a Legacy tribute was given to celebrate the distinguished 41-year career of Steve Martin. Steve began his ARS career in 1978, serving as President from 1992-2018, and as CEO from 2018-2019. Steve was dedicated to excellence and to always honor his and the company’s commitments, which solidified the ARS culture of ethical professionalism.

Under Steve’s leadership, ARS experienced tremendous success and stability, growing to 32 branches across 6 states and distributing some the industry’s finest brands, such as American Standard, Mitsubishi, Copeland and Larkin/Heatcraft to name just a few. ARS earned many industry and key supplier recognition awards during Steve’s tenure. But while Steve’s contributions to ARS are countless, it was his unwavering commitment to the employees and genuine concern for people that will be his legacy forever etched in ARS history.
