The Arcticom Group (TAG), a leading provider in the U.S. of commercial refrigeration and HVAC services, today announced it has acquired Victory Construction and Refrigeration, a Denver-based company that offers refrigeration installation and service.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Victory is The Arcticom Group’s first Colorado-based HVACR company, helping TAG grow its presence throughout the Western United States.  TAG now has operations in California, Nevada, Alaska, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Colorado and Arizona.

Through its network of HVACR companies, TAG provides a wide variety of commercial refrigeration services including preventative maintenance, repair, installation, renovation, new system engineering and design and refrigerant management programs.
