E-Commerce also enhances order accuracy and verification.”

“It makes sense from a distribution point of view as well,” Tinika added. “Contractors can view our inventories after hours and place notes on their online orders regarding what they need and whether they’ll pick it up or want delivery to their business or jobsite, making it easier for us to schedule serving them. Reviewing after hours and weekend orders is the first thing we do when we arrive at the branch in the morning. I’ve found that once the system is explained to our customers, most of them embrace it and become believers.”
