Oxbox Extends Compressor Warranty to 10 Years
Oxbox®, an affordable quality HVAC brand endorsed by Trane®, made the decision to extend its compressor warranty to a 10-year compressor warranty, up from the original seven years, starting in 2021. No registration required. Oxbox distributor partners had asked for this improvement so they could more effectively sell to contractors. And this year, Oxbox delivered.
With its one-year replacement pledge, Oxbox continues to provide peace of mind. The business will offer a full unit replacement for residential applications if the compressor, coil or heat exchanger fails in the first year, per its Limited Warranty terms. Furthermore, there’s five years on parts. In addition, the warranty is tied to the home, not the homeowner, providing benefits for end users. For all these benefits, there is still no registration required.
This move reinforces Oxbox’s positioning of affordable quality. Oxbox provides an option carrying the Trane endorsement that fits comfortably within tighter budgets. Not all customers want or need all the bells and whistles. They just want a solution that creates warm air or cold air reliably and at a fair price—and that’s exactly what Oxbox delivers.
