Flynn & Reynolds Agency, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Jason Halmen as Director of HVAC/Mechanical Sales, a newly created leadership position that underscores the agency’s continued commitment to expanding its presence in the HVAC and mechanical markets.

In this role, Jason will lead sales initiatives for key manufacturer partners whose solutions bridge the increasingly interconnected electrical and mechanical systems found in today’s commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities. His addition reflects Flynn & Reynolds’ strategic focus on providing specialized expertise and enhanced support to manufacturers, distributors, contractors, engineers, and end users throughout New England.

With nearly 25 years of experience in the HVAC industry, Jason has worked closely with architects, consulting engineers, building owners, and mechanical contractors to identify and implement effective HVAC solutions for a wide range of applications. His broad perspective and collaborative approach enable him to balance technical requirements, project objectives, and stakeholder priorities to achieve successful outcomes.

Prior to joining Flynn & Reynolds, Jason developed extensive expertise in HVAC system applications and sales, building strong relationships across the design, construction, and ownership communities. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Northeastern University, is a LEED Accredited Professional, and is an active member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).

Working alongside the agency’s established sales team, Jason will focus on growing market opportunities, strengthening manufacturer relationships, and helping customers navigate the evolving demands of today’s building environments.
