The purpose of this position is to oversee the upkeep of City buildings and machinery. This is primarily accomplished by making repairs, obtaining materials and parts, and pricing equipment to be used for maintenance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintains and repairs HVAC equipment in City facilities.
Inspects and installs parts and/or materials on HVAC fixtures and/or machinery.
Meets and oversees contractors for HVAC maintenance of City buildings and facilities.
Inventories and orders materials and parts.
Maintains reports and daily logs of work progress.
Rotational on-call responsibilities.
