Johnstone Supply The J-Team, one of the largest HVAC/R suppliers in the Carolinas and Mid Atlantic areas with headquarters in Raleigh, N.C. with seven N.C. and three Virginia branches, celebrated the Grand Opening of their new JCI Factory Commissioned Training Facility, located at 1268 27th Street Dr SE, Hickory, N.C. 28602, on October 21st, 2019.

The ribbon cutting ceremony was led by David Laxton, President, Johnstone J-Team, Jennifer Hunt, Marketing and Merchandising Manager, James Tedesco, JCI Factory Technical Instructor, Jeff Stanley, Vice-President of Operations, Jerry Glass, Director of Sales, Randy Smith, Technical Services Manager, Lee DLeisure, Technical Services Advisor, Steve Wutrick, Technical Services Advisor and Ralph Stevens, Hickory Branch Manager.

This state of the art JCI Factory Commissioned Training Center is equipped with custom built live equipment training units for hands-on lab trainings designed to help dealer brand customers ensure their technicians are knowledgeable in the product line up, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
