Building on 80 years of innovation and service

Lawson Air Conditioning & Plumbing is proud to announce the grand opening of their new 64,000 sq. ft. headquarters with a ribbon cutting ceremony on October 22, 2026.

Located at 1700 Fulenwider Rd. in Gainesville, the new space is a reflection of the eight decades of service and innovation the company has built its reputation on throughout North Georgia.

The Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce’s Business After Hours event marks a historic milestone and positioning for the future of the family-owned and operated company. The new facility features training and development areas designed to support Lawson’s grow-from-within workforce philosophy and operation expansion in all divisions of Commercial HVAC & Plumbing, Service, and Residential/Light Commercial HVAC.

“We didn’t build this headquarters just for where Lawson is today – we built it for where we’re going. It’s an investment in our people, in training the next generation of skilled trades professionals, and in continuing to provide the level of service our partners and customers have expected from Lawson for 80 years,” says Vice President Travis Davis.

The space includes a training lab and four conference rooms with a capacity for 90 people, built with the intention of optimizing operational processes and procedures to ensure top tier response to customers and ease for the 100+ team members. It also features an employee micro market, employee wellness space with a golf simulator, and workout equipment.

In addition to a solid partnership with Milwaukee for the training lab outfitting, Lawson has worked closely with Mingledorff’s to fully stock the warehouse with equipment, parts, and supplies to assist in quicker turnaround times in servicing customers.

“When you look back at where Lawson started in 1946 and then walk through this new headquarters 80 years later, it’s incredibly humbling. This building represents generations of employees, customers, and community partners who have trusted and supported Lawson. We’re incredibly proud of where we’ve been, but even more excited about what’s ahead,” says CFO and Owner Debbie Lawson Davis.
