“First and foremost, I would like to say thank you for awarding me this scholarship. The award will be put towards my first year in college at The University of Scranton. I am planning on majoring in Accounting with a minor in Criminal Justice. Throughout my entire educational career, I have always favored my classes in mathematics which has led me to further my interest in accounting. In addition to accounting, I feel that criminal justice will afford me a background that I can specialize in with cases that deal with fraud and embezzlement. Overall, I would like to pursue a career in Forensic Accounting once I graduate from college.”

Congratulations, Nina! All of us at MACC send you our sincerest best wishes for a great college experience and a joyous and successful future!

At MACC, we believe that education is priceless. We have established the annual Scholarship Award to honor and further the education of worthy students as selected by the MACC Scholarship Committee.
