Malco Products, SBC, one of the nation’s leading solution developers and manufacturers of a variety of high-quality tools for the building trades, announced that its safety and environmental manager, Chris Strand, has been appointed to the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry’s Occupational Safety and Health Review Board (OSHRB).

OSHRB acts as the final arbiter in contested occupational safety and health administration (OSHA) citations that have gone through the full appeal process without resolution. Strand was appointed to the board by Governor Tim Walz and will serve a three-year term.
