Randy Licciardi was born in Allington Virginia and has lived in Rhode Island for 42 years. Randy has over 25 years’ experience in HVAC! As an installer, technician, contractor, business owner and salesman. He spends most of his spare time with family and is very active in baseball youth programs. Randy is an accomplished High School Varsity Baseball and Softball coach in Rhode Island, with two undefeated seasons with state titles! “Working at Robinson Supply and helping HVAC contractors is very self-rewarding. Providing solutions keeps me motivated to continue learning and to stay up to date with technology in our industry. Looking forward to a great year in 2019!” – Randy Licciardi.

Jim Steeves joined the Robinson team in 2011. After starting as a delivery driver, he was quickly moved inside to the sales counter and has since been made counter manager. Always sporting a positive attitude, Jim enjoys the dynamic atmosphere of the supply house. His knowledge, grit, and tenacity in this role makes him a valuable asset not only to Robinson Supply, but to the Hyannis customer base as well. After growing up on sunny Cape Cod, Jim earned a degree in philosophy from Bridgewater State College where he was a stand-out athlete and held several leadership positions in club sports. Now thirty years old, when Jim is not hard at work at Robinson’s he enjoys visiting local breweries and has established himself as an accomplished bocce player. This January, Jim proposed to his high school sweetheart, Liz, and a week later was named Robinson Supply’s Employee of the Year. All in all, Jim is excited for a promising 2019 and what ever the rest of his bright future may bring.

David was born and raised in Pawtucket where he now owns a home. He enjoys woodworking, antiquing and gardening. David frequently visits coffeehouse music venues to see new singers and songwriters. He drives to Montreal regularly, his favorite vacation destination. David hopes to return there in June for the Montreal Folk Festival. David belongs to a close-knit family and is always called on to help out his sisters, nieces and nephews. “At Robinson Supply, I enjoy the variety of daily showroom projects; from customer service to order follow-up to setting up showroom displays. I appreciate being given the opportunity at Robinson Supply to grow and constantly learn the business.” – David Genest.
