The Conditioned Air Association of Georgia, Inc. (CAAG) is excited to announce new leadership as they honor the outgoing Executive Director. Tucker Green was tapped to succeed Bruce Widener who is retiring after 41 years of successfully leading Georgia’s only statewide HVAC association.

Widener co-founded CAAG with Bob Kesterton and Earl Smith in 1980. Under his leadership, CAAG enacted countless pieces of legislation, grew membership and revenue, and raised the professional standards for the industry. Widener credits his passion for CAAG contractors back to his roots as his father worked as a small roofing contractor. He further credited the CAAG board for their many years of support and commended them for following his recommendation by selecting Tucker Green to serve as his replacement.

Having served for the past year as CAAG’s Associate Director, Tucker Green brings a deep love and understanding of the industry as the son and grandson of HVAC contractors. Green’s family has worked in the industry for over 50 years and have long been active members of CAAG. Green appreciates Bruce Widener’s many years of faithful service and thanks the CAAG board for entrusting him with this new role.
