HVAC Technician Lead – Lakewood, CO | $36–$40/hr

Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design seeks an HVAC Technician Lead to install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems on our historic campus. This role oversees the maintenance team, coordinates schedules, diagnoses system issues, performs preventive maintenance, and ensures compliance with safety and EPA standards. Occasional nights, weekends, and on-call work required. Candidates must live locally, have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a universal refrigeration license. Physically demanding work includes lifting up to 100 lbs, working at heights, and exposure to chemicals, noise, and weather.
