On May 1st, A/C Supply celebrated their forty third year in business at their Wednesday lunch held at the main branch in Harahan. Customers came out in mass to help celebrate the occasion and share the birthday cake. There were vendor displays, prizes, special sales and lots of food and camaraderie.

A/C Supply, Inc. is a three-generation, locally owned and operated HVACR wholesale distributor that has been in business for 43 years in southeastern Louisiana and that in recent years has branched out into Mississippi.

The company was founded May 1, 1976 by Mr. George Bertucci after separating from Mechanical Supply, which he helped start in 1956. He continues to participate in the day to day operations with his son, Neil Bertucci Sr., who began as a service technician in the late 1960s while working his way through college, then began working for A/C Supply in all aspects of the business. He purchased the company from his father in 2006 and remains owner and president of the company today.

Neil Bertucci, Jr. joined the company and followed in his father’s footsteps, working his way through college while also working in all aspects of the business. He is now in charge of purchasing. Also active in the day-to-day operations is Neil Bertucci, Sr.’s daughter, Mindy Bertucci Rigney, the Director of Marketing.
