Ashraf Abdalla Named Chief Executive Officer of Smardt Chiller Group; Vince Canino Takes New Role
Following the recent announcement of TICA’s 100% ownership of Smardt, Mr. Jiang Li, Chairman of the TICA Group and Smardt’s Board of Directors, announced Ashraf Abdalla as the new Chief Executive Officer of Smardt succeeding Vince Canino.
“As we look forward to propelling Smardt upward to the next level and utilizing improved business models for the group, I am pleased to announce Ashraf Abdalla as the new CEO of Smardt,” Mr. Jiang stated. “Ashraf will head the transformation of Smardt, ensuring the achievement of our longterm goals and will report directly to the board.”
Vince Canino will lead a new business unit within Smardt that will accelerate the introduction of TICA’s products and develop new business models for green solutions for the North American market.
