ESCO Institute Welcomes Jocelyn Strong

The ESCO Institute is pleased to announce the addition of Jocelyn Strong to its team as Marketing and Operations Coordinator.
In this role, Jocelyn will collaborate closely with Clifton Beck, Digital Media Manager, to produce high-quality, vetted content that HVACR educators and training programs across the country can rely on to accelerate workforce development. Together, they will strengthen ESCOs ability to deliver innovative digital resources that address the evolving needs of instructors, students, professionals, and industry partners.
The timing of this expansion is critical. According to the U.S. Department of Labor, nearly 40% of all skilled trade workers are projected to retire within the next decade. Their replacements will largely come from Generation Z, a generation that learns differently, having grown up in a fully digital world. To help bridge this generational learning gap, ESCO Institute is investing in a robust digital media strategy designed to ensure training materials meet today’s learners where they are, through interactive, accessible, and engaging platforms.
“Jocelyn brings an exceptional blend of creativity, and commitment to results. We are thrilled to welcome her to the ESCO family as we grow to better serve our educational partners,” said Howard Weiss, President.
In her new role, Jocelyn will oversee the development and management of strategic digital assets that support HVACR and building science education nationwide. This includes enhancing the client experience online, expanding the Institute’s portfolio of digital offerings, and contributing to curriculum design that aligns with both industry standards and modern teaching methodologies.
The addition of Jocelyn to the ESCO team underscores the organization’s commitment to helping educators prepare the next generation of HVACR professionals for success in an industry undergoing rapid technological and workforce change.
