Ferguson HVAC – Mitsubishi Dealer Meeting 2018 held in West Virginia

Ferguson HVAC’s Mid-Atlantic group, one of the largest HVAC distributors to serve the Maryland, Washington D.C. and Northern Virginia markets, held their annual Mitsubishi Dealer Meeting on Thursday, September 27th at the luxurious Hollywood Casino at Charlestown Races, 530 E. 5th Ave., Ranson, WV. Over 120 registered and enjoyed the educational and informative well-organized event produced by the talented Ferguson HVAC Mid-Atlantic staff.

The business session began with a great buffet lunch and an introduction by Ferguson’s new Ductless Product Manager Josh Wharton. The introduction was followed by presentations from Mitsubishi Electric staff. These presentations consisted of a new and upcoming product overview by Mitsubishi’s Director of Product Planning, Brinnon Williams and presentations by the following:

  • Mitsubishi Diamond Contractor Program update by Mitsubishi’s Southern Business Unit’s Regional Sales Manager, Joe Tompkins.
  • Diamond Service Group (DSG) and Ferguson HVAC Technical training update by one of Ferguson’s Field Service Representatives, Jay Catha.
  • Performance Contracting & New Construction updates by Mitsubishi’s Performance Construction Manager, Rob Howard.
  • Updates on Mitsubishi Marketing programs and lead generation by Mitsubishi’s Southern Business unit’s Marketing Manager, Leah Montgomery.

To end the sessions, they capped the presentations off with an update on the upcoming Mid-Stream utility rebates by Ferguson’s Commercial, Ductless and Specialty Products Sales Manager, Bethany Pinter.

Afterwards, attendees were able to socialize while enjoying some libations and excellent hors d’oeuvres. To end the evening, everyone had an outstanding buffet dinner supplied by the hotel staff.

This event is always well attended by local contractors who enjoy the information session, food and talking with old friends and associates. Both the Ferguson HVAC staff as well as the Casino staff did an outstanding job organizing and working the event.
