I for one cannot stand what has happened to our country. No traditions, no morals, no responsibility, and no more hard work.

Get everyone in your company on the same page of your plan to maximize profits in this year. You must offer what can help their system be the most efficient and most comfortable system it can be. Make sure their duct system can deliver the comfort and efficiency they want. You will be amazed at the amount of people that just didn’t know or listen the first time.

Comfort is what we sell and it isn’t constricted to blowing air. Conditioned air is our goal and our goal will improve the life of our customers and their families.
Make sure everyone is versed in all the products and services you can offer. Do not assume they already know.

Clean vehicles, clean uniforms, and scheduling calls are what they want. I enjoy watching an ad that uses today’s social medial and email to send a picture of technician you are sending so they have a comfort zone with them right away. May be something you would want to incorporate into your offering.

I am on the mend from the shoulder rotator cuff surgery that I had. Physical therapy is a slow progress but I am getting stronger in my shoulder.

I want to say how much I love this industry and the people in it. God Bless you all, your families and all of your employees.
